This model, offered with the Vapo (Fe3O4) process, consists of a standard 1.3343 (HSS DMo5) main body structure with high hardness and toughness.

HSS Circular saws treated with steam oxidation (iron oxide) are suitable for cutting non-ferrous metals and low-alloy soft material types with a hardness of 500 N/mm² to 800 N/mm². The relevant coating type is not a PVD coating and its approximate surface thickness is around 2 microns.

It is successfully used in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic circular saw machines.
